Are animals allowed on buses?
Guide dogs, hearing dogs, and assistance animals with appropriate accreditation can travel on all services. Small animals can travel in suitable containers on public buses at the discretion of the driver.

Can I bring my bike on the bus?
Bicycles cannot be taken on public buses because they are difficult to stow without inconveniencing or potentially endangering other passengers.
How much does it cost / How do I pay for Canns Bus Lines intertown buses?
Opal cards are not accepted for this service. Cash tickets can be purchased on the day from the bus driver. Please contact our administration office for current ticket pricing.
Are your buses wheelchair accessible?
Passengers using a mobility aid can access most Canns Bus Lines buses given the mobility aid meets the specifications on the Transport NSW website: Mobility aid specifications.
Some buses can be lowered by the driver so they are closer to the kerb. If needed, the bus driver can also lower a ramp to help passengers board the bus. Please let the driver know if you require assistance boarding the bus.
I’ve lost something on one of your buses. How do I get it back?
Please understand that drivers may not be able to search for lost items until the have returned to the depot. Items collected by our staff are transferred to a centralised location every 1-2 business days and are held for a period of 60 days. Lost property enquiries can be made by completing the Lost Property form on our website or contacting our Administration Office. To assist us in locating your item, please provide as much information as possible, including the route, direction, and time you traveled on the service. Collection is by appointment only at our administration office.
Do you have mini-buses available for hire?
Yes we provide a variety of different transport options including mini-buses for charter services. Please contact our administration office for more information.
